On Friday 11 June 2012 it was suggested that the first format (regiments as property squares) would not be a good path to pursue as there will be a shake-up of the current system resulting in the merging of a number of regiments by 2020. Thus the second prototype should follow a different avenue. Hence weapons and vehicles used by the Army became the new theme.

 

As I wanted to stay within the guidelines set by the Ministry of Defence, I agreed to use photographs submitted to their media website and would give full reference to the photographers in the credits of the game manual.
